Our shuttle service operates in the South Shore area and is available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily and 8:00 am to 7:00 pm on Fridays.

Call 530-541-7470 to schedule your pick-up. Our new van holds a maximum of 15 persons per trip. We would appreciate a minimum of four persons per pick-up but will be flexible in order to service you.

Advanced reservations for shuttle service are appreciated. Advanced reservations means any extra time other than "right now'. An hour or one half an hour will allow us to arrange for a timely van pick-up. But, we will make every effort to accommodate "spur of the moment" requests. Call 530-541-7470.

The shuttle van program is designed to service you for renting equipment on your FIRST morning of skiing (you may also use our shuttle for renting equipment on the afternoon or Friday evening prior to your first day of skiing). After you have rented, we transport you to Heavenly's California Base Lodge. On your LAST day of skiing (this might be the same day) you may catch the Heavenly Ski Shuttle in front of the Heavenly California Base Lodge that will drop you at our Store on Ski Run Blvd. After you have returned and paid for your equipment rental, we will then shuttle you back to your accommodations.
